Abergeldie recognises that a strategic approach will need to be taken to integrate Aboriginal Participation outcomes into project planning, management, delivery and performance measures.

Abergeldie is committed to further develop workforce diversity and to address Aboriginal skills shortages to build a better community. This will be achieved by incorporating Aboriginal participation as a core function in all project management processes and ensuring that its dealings with Aboriginal people consistently take place in a culturally sensitive manner.
